and improved performance, there is little doubt that coaching
deliver benefitsfrom fostering relationships and conversation to
connecting veterans, experts, and novices. Technologyhigh-tech
computers and broadband connectionshas broadened the way teaching
has touched the world. E-coaching, defined by some as
distance-mentoring or telementoring, uses the Internet
strategically to interact with the person or persons being coached.

messaging with voice or video software to enhance the experience.

pairing with a coach. There are definite elements that must be
examined before e-coaching success can happen. These elements are
examined in depth in the article. While there are some skeptics who
doubt that trust and credibility happens at a distance, e-coaching

you need them.
