Facilitating for Excellence Certificate

Effective facilitation involves processes and skills that help groups to function to their highest potential. The purpose of facilitation is to guide a group to an agreed-upon destination or outcome. Because of the powerful nature of facilitation in accomplishing goals and objectives, today’s professional is expected to facilitate groups. This one day dynamic, performance-based workshop gives you multiple techniques for delivering exceptional facilitation.

The Facilitating for Excellence certificate program takes place on Friday, December 11, 2009 at the American Society for Training & Development Headquarters, 1640 King Street, Alexandria, VA 22314. The workshop begins promptly at 8:30 a.m. and ends at 4:30 p.m. each day
