Creating New Supervisor Training Programs Certificate

New supervisors have unique needs. They are making a critical transition into management, and this changes requires developing a number of competencies quickly. This two-day program, also offered online, will show you how to build a new supervisor training program that facilitates their development and addresses the realities of training new supervisors including how to prepare individuals to make the transition from a contributor to a leader, prevent them from creating new liabilities for your organization, and increase their effectiveness while reducing their learning curve.

Consisting of three live instructor-led 3 hour online sessions, the Creating New Supervisor Training Programs Certificate Program (online version) takes place on Tuesday, December 1, Thursday, December 3, and Tuesday, December 8, 2009 from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. US Eastern Time.

This program is conducted in the WebEx Training Center platform with a Toll-Free teleconference for the audio component.  Special software is not required.  Participants only need a standard web browser and telephone to participate.  Note: participants located outside the US and Canada will dial a Toll phone number to access the program and should check with their phone carrier to determine rates for calls to the US.
