This online program introduces participants to the basics, barriers, and benefits of using the ROI methodology as a tool to evaluate and support workplace learning and performance.
Consisting of four live instructor-led 90-minute online sessions, the ROI Basics Certificate Program takes place from Thursday, April 15, 2010 to Thursday, May 6, 2010, every Thursday from 11:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. US Eastern Time.
This program is conducted in the WebEx Training Center platform with a Toll-Free teleconference for the audio component. Special software is not required. Participants only need a standard web browser and telephone to participate. Note: participants located outside the US and Canada will dial a Toll phone number to access the program and should check with their phone carrier to determine rates for calls to the US.
