Action Learning Certificate

This two-day program will help participants understand how their own actions and experiences can improve performance and will demonstrate why action learning is effective in solving problems, building teams, developing leaders, and creating learning organizations. Discover the six essential elements for successful action learning programs, explore the steps and processes of action learning, and practice coaching action learning groups.

The two-day Action Learning Certificate Program starts on Thursday, October 7, 2010 at ASTD, 1640 King Street, Alexandria, VA 22313. The workshop begins promptly at 8:30 a.m. and ends at 4:30 p.m. each day.
