ROI Skill Building Certificate

Participants in this two-day program will develop the skills needed to create and deliver effective return-on-investment (ROI) evaluations for learning and performance, organizational development, human resources, technology, change, and quality solutions.

The ROI Skill-Building Certificate Program starts Friday, May 14, 2010 at McCormick Place in Chicago, IL just prior to the ASTD International Conference & Expo. The workshop begins promptly at 8:30 a.m. and ends at 4:30 p.m. each day.
