Measuring and Evaluating Learning Certificate

Participants will receive a solid foundation in all aspects of the measurement and evaluation of learning and performance solutions, including making the shift from activity- to results-based learning and development programs, the basics of evaluation design, Kirkpatrick's Levels 1-4, a brief introduction to ROI, communicating results, and practical tips and considerations for truly making evaluation work in your organization.

The Measuring and Evaluating Learning Certificate Program starts on Wednesday, August 11, 2010 at the American Society for Training & Development Headquarters, 1640 King Street, Alexandria, VA 22314. The workshop begins promptly at 8:30 a.m. and ends at 4:30 p.m. each day.
