HPI Basics Certificate

This online program is a high-level introduction of the Human Performance Improvement (HPI) process and principles. Participants will learn how HPI differs from other disciplines, particularly training, and will be introduced to the three basic principles of HPI, and how the principles will help individuals reach their desired business outcomes.

Consisting of four live instructor-led 90-minute online sessions, this course is a high-level introduction of the Human Performance Improvement (HPI) process and principles. The HPI Basics Certificate Program takes place from Friday, January 22, 2010 to Friday, February 12, 2010, every Friday from 12:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. US Eastern Time.

This program is conducted in the WebEx Training Center platform with a Toll-Free teleconference for the audio component.  Special software is not required.  Participants only need a standard web browser and telephone to participate.  Note: participants located outside the US and Canada will dial a Toll phone number to access the program and should check with their phone carrier to determine rates for calls to the US.
